Happy new year!
Again, it's the time of year when everybody is over analysing the past 6 months, themselves and what they want to change. In a strange way I kinda like January. It gives you time to reflect and appreciate the past year, and also look forward to the year ahead. I'm not fond of the word 'resolutions', as that seems to always set me up for failure, but I do have a few goals I want to work towards or just include in my 2015.
1. Spend time with friends
Kind of a simple one, but in 6 months my 3 years of University will be done and dusted. Which means that when we all move out of the city, hanging out for a quick drink will no longer be as easy. So while we are all still here, I want to make an effort to spend more time with them.
2. Be more motivated
So being a third year, I have a truck load of work to do. It's kind of only just sunk in how much really (oops). So my goal for 2015 is to be motivated and do a good few hours of uni work everyday.
3. Earn a 2:1 or higher degree
Fingers crossed. Also want to add in here... and get a graduate job.
4. Buy more clothes of eBay
Back when I was at college and living on EMA money, I use to buy 90% of my clothes second hand on eBay. In 2015, I definitely want to be more careful with my money and I think eBay is a more 'purse-friendly' way of feeding my shopping addiction.
5. Enjoy the ups and downs of 2015
2015 is going to be a big year of me. I'll be finishing university and moving on to the next chapter of my life. I can tell the year is going to be full of ups and downs, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. Lets do this.
What are your goals for 2015?
