Sunday Babble | Christmas Vibes & Black Friday

sunday update, sunday babble, student blogger
This week marks the start of my excitement for Christmas. Over the years I've realised it's not the day I love, it's the build up. Christmas shopping, fairy lights, festive movies and Chocolate (which apparently there is going to be a shortage of due to the Ebola crisis, what do you think?). I just love having nights at home in-front of the telly watching crap TV which for some reason seems to be acceptable at Christmas. Oh, and Vlogmas! December is the time where my YouTube feed goes even more crazy than normal, with even more videos to catch up on. I was thinking about doing Blogmas (posting everyday up till Christmas), but I don't think I could handle it quite like I did for Blogtober. I have so much University work to do, and that should come first (unfortunately). I am hoping to post a lot more often during December though.

Black Friday also happened this weekend. Despite all the negative energy about Black Friday and everybody going crazy over a few quid off, I took full advantage of it whilst at home in my pyjamas. No way was I going into town and fighting the crowd. It would be like that episode of Friends when the girls go to find Monica's dream wedding dress, and Rachel is terrified in a bundle of clothes. That would be me. Either way, I managed to save a load of money and got quite a bit of my Christmas shopping done. Thank you sales! I wrote a post about how to save money while Christmas shopping the other day, including 5 things I do to make sure I don't overspend.

I really don't know where the time has gone this week. I don't even remember what I did. This week I'm hoping to be a lot more productive, and get a lot of university work done. I feel like I've been slacking again. What have you been up to do this? Did you make the most of the Black Friday deals?
