I'm back for day 5 of Blogtober! I really hope I keep this up...
What I've been up to
Today's post definitely wont be as long as yesterdays blogtober. Today has been a day of doing not very much. I'm so glad I didn't decide to vlog my October, as it would have been me in my pajamas apologizing about how I haven't done anything. I really don't want to waste your time with that.
A bidding war on eBay was about as exciting as it gets in my world today. I've been using a second hand iPhone 4 (not even a 4s may I add) for 2 years, and it's so close to giving up. It's so slow, the battery only lasts a few hours and frankly, I've had enough with the awful camera quality. So this morning I made an impulsive decision that I would bid for some used iPhone 5c's. I'm so bad when it comes to buying things on a whim. One minute I'm like "I would like one of them..." next minute I'm at the checkout entering my bank details.
My Autumn Bucket List
1. Have a duvet day
Ok, I guess I did that today... but sometimes there is nothing better than having a day or five to yourself, especially when it starts to get colder. I love having a duvet day with a stack of films and a hot chocolate.
2. Drink Brothers toffee apple cider
I think this is available all year round, but it's so perfect for Autumn (if you are over the drinking age of course). It's a mix of cream soda and toffee, which tastes soo nice. Definitely one for the sweet tooth.
3. Carve a pumpkin
The last pumpkin I carved was 2 years ago, which means I'm long overdue to do it again. I've always loved arts and crafts, and nowadays I don't do anything of the kind. Definitely going to get on pinterest and find some cool pumpkin carving ideas!
4. Watch E.T and Donnie Darko
...and all the other halloween related films that aren't scary. I'm not a big fan of Horrors, although I do get dragged into watching them with my housemates. Donnie Darko is my all time favourite film, and I love E.T. Well, who doesn't?
5. Go to a Halloween party and dress up
Halloween has to be my favourite holiday for a party. Getting drunk with your friends in silly costumes is hilarious. Last year me and my housemates had a house party and I went as Edward Scissorhands.
6. Try a pumpkin spice latte
I raise my hand and admit I have never had anything pumpkin spiced, shock horror. Now it's on my bucket list I will have to get my butt down to Starbucks and try one.
7. Go to a bonfire/firework night
I must have been a child when I last went to a bonfire night. Seriously, I can not remember the last time I went. This year I'll have to drag my housemates to one. I wanna play with sparklers!
What would you have on your Autumn bucket list, are any of them the same as mine? Autumn is my favourite season, but writing this post made me even more excited about Halloween and cosy nights in.
