Summer seems to fly by so quickly nowadays. I remember back in primary school we would have 6 weeks off and it felt like months. Now I actually do have months off and it seems like everybody is heading back to University or school before we know it.
In the past few weeks I've seen loads of posts about Autumn. Wishlists, outfit posts, the lot. Although I love Autumn, I thought I would share with you some photos I've taken over the past few months. The warm weather never lasts long here in England, so this post is really just trying to make the summer feeling last that little bit longer.
The first half of my Summer had to be my most relaxed one I've had in years. I didn't have any holidays or festivals booked. I just spent the days catching up with family, hanging out with my boyfriend and enjoying all the home comforts I miss when I'm away at University. Many BBQs and ice creams were consumed of course. Just being back at home, surrounded by familiar places and faces is nice for a while.
The second half got slightly more busy. I spent September in, out and around London doing work experience at ZenithOptimedia. It was a great opportunity where I worked in the SEO team. I learnt so much more than I thought I would, which is excellent and I feel like I really benefited from it. It also made me feel really inspired to push myself with my blog. It was a great experience, and I would recommended work experience to every student.
Summer has come to an end, but it doesn't mean we can't reminisce! How did you spend the warmer months?
