I'm sure you've seen these on a million blogs now, but since Dainty Doll has become available on Fragrance Direct, everyone has been stocking up. Dainty Doll is a brand by Nicola Roberts (the ginger one from girls aloud) and she aims her make up collections at pale girls with fairer skin tones, which is why I had to jump on the bandwagon and see what all the fuss was about!
The blushers on Fragrance Direct are currently at £1.99, which saves you a whopping £11.51!
When I first opened this I was shocked how bright it looked. I didn't think it would suit me, but when I applied it's quite fair and blends really nicely. Although if you wanted a bolder look you can build it up. The pinky tones look really nice on my fair skin, and I'm really pleased with it for £1.99, you can tell it's good quality. The packaging is sleek and the little mirror is cute and handy.
Billion Dollar Babies is a cream blusher in a mauve/pinky shade. I picked this up on a whim, as I don't think I've ever brought a cream blusher before, and I thought the colour was nice and different to what I normally buy. Overall, I really like it! I found the creamy texture great to apply and it blends nicely. This has completely opened my eyes to cream blushers, and I'll definitely be buying more, (if you know any goodens I should try please let me know!)
The only thing I didn't like about this product was the smell. Has anyone else brought this? Please let me know if yours has a weird smell too, I can't put my finger on what it smells like! After I applied I could still smell it on my skin, but after 10 minutes it went (or just got use to it I don't know.)
